Cancellation Terms and Conditions:
When booking the guest declares that they have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
A credit card valid for the entire duration of stay is necessary for the booking to be confirmed.
If the room(s) is (are) available, your credit card details will be requested and a 30% advance of the cost of the total booking will be detracted.
Bookings are confirmed via e-mail.Should you wish to cancel your booking, please let us know, by e-mail or fax, at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival so that we can make your room available for re-booking. 
No-shows, early departures and other modifications will result in the sum corresponding to your entire duration of stay being detracted from your credit card.
